Formed in 1988, ADEC's mission is to promote Development Education within the Aylesbury Vale community. ADEC's overall aim is to encourage Aylesbury Vale citizens to be global citizens and to:

ADEC can offer ...

Free sessions and activities in schools, with youth and community groups
(Assemblies, class sessions, In service training for staff...)

Resources for teachers, group leaders and other educators covering most subject areas
(Videos, artefacts, photo-packs, activity ideas, exhibition materials...) through our extensive resource library

Projects with local schools including:

Involvement in events and exhibitions on global issues (e.g. for Christian Aid Week, Fair Trade Fortnight…)

Information about resources, organisations, publications, speakers etc
